Vendors at Pittsburgh Pride 2024

We are delighted to welcome you to the largest LGBTQIA+ Festival and March in the Commonwealth and the tri-state area, Pittsburgh Pride 2024. As a celebration of unprecedented scale and spirit, this year’s event is expected to draw a record-breaking crowd of over 300,000 attendees. Your participation will play a crucial role in making this an impactful and unforgettable celebration of diversity and community.

EVENT DATES AND LOCATION

Main Event: May 31 – June 1, 2024
Location: Allegheny Commons Park West, 810 Arch St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212

Setup and Logistics
Early Setup:
Available on Thursday, May 30, from 7 PM to 9 PM.

Load-in for Friday:
May 31 from 10 AM to 1 PM; event starts at 2 PM. All Vehicles must exit the park by 12:30 PM.

Single-Day Vendors (Friday)
Load-out from 7 PM to 10 PM.

Saturday Vendors: Load-in from 7 AM to 10 AM; All vehicles must be cleared by 9:30 AM. The park opens to non-marcher participants at 11 AM, and the festival starts at 1 PM. Load-out for Saturday begins at 7 PM and concludes by midnight.

Load-in: 7 AM to 11 AM; All vehicles must be cleared by 10:30 AM.

The festival starts at 1 PM and load-out begins at 9 PM.

OTHER DETAILS

Absolutely no drinks of any kind, including water, juice, soda, or alcoholic beverages, may be sold by vendors. This restriction does not apply to lemonade, ice cream, Italian ice, or snow cones. Violation of this policy will result in being required to leave the event without refund.

All vendors will need to find off street parking as there is no designated vendor parking available. All vendors are responsible for their own property and equipment. The Organizers will not be held liable for any lost or stolen property. Please ensure that your valuables are secured at all times.
